Boundaries dont have to look or feel nasty!

They can look like:

  • turning off the the nightly news
  • saying thank you for thinking of me but im busy that day ( when maybe you just need a day at home to rest).
  • Giving yourself a certain time frame for scrolling Social Media per day.
  • not answering the phone when you need some downtime.
  • Only having one drink on a night out instead of 5.
