Boundaries dont have to look or feel nasty!
They can look like:
- turning off the the nightly news
- saying thank you for thinking of me but im busy that day ( when maybe you just need a day at home to rest).
- Giving yourself a certain time frame for scrolling Social Media per day.
- not answering the phone when you need some downtime.
- Only having one drink on a night out instead of 5.
