Coffee used to be my wake the hell up drink in the morning.
The problem was my body didn’t want to be woken up this way. My body tried to tell me by making me run to the toilet as soon as I had had it. My body alarmed me with the sweats and the quick heart beat and the anxious thoughts. But i didn’t listen to my body. What would my body know?
In the last few years I started listening to my body and I dont drink coffee anymore. Turns out my body is a lot happier. Turns out my body knew what it was talking about.
My body is happy to be waken up with a tumeric latte, smoothie or herbal tea. If I listen to my body it will look after me
